    Experience NC State

    Admitted first-year students and their families are invited to join us on campus to discover what it's like to live and learn as a member of the Pack.

    Register for Experience NC State to:

    • Learn more about the impactful experience of living on-campus with University Housing.
    • Hear about the financial aid opportunities available and how to make the most of your educational investment from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.
    • Connect with other new members of the Wolfpack.
    • Learn how your academic program will prepare you for future success.


    Registration is required. Each Experience NC State event will offer the same programming and opportunities for admitted students and families. Students and their families only need to attend one event. 

    You can expect to be on campus from 8 a.m. until early to mid afternoon. The exact end time depends on the college you were admitted into. A full schedule will be sent to all registrants via email 24 hours before the event.

    Questions about event schedule: All registrants for Experience NC State will receive an email the day before the event with a link to the NC State Guidebook, which will allow you to view a schedule for the day. Additionally, a printed program will be available to all guests when they arrive on campus. All students will have time in the afternoon at Experience NC State to meet with representatives from the college they were admitted into.
