Did you know that 1 in 5 NC State students start their college journeys elsewhere? If you are thinking about transferring to be part of the Pack, there are several pathways to consider. Each path has its own unique eligibility guidelines. This form is designed to help you find the right pathway for you.

This form does not determine whether or not you are admissible to each pathway. We consider a variety of factors in selecting students for admission. This is simply a guide to help you decide if this is the right time to apply and which option(s) might be right for you.

If eligible for Wolfpack Connect: Early college students must submit the Wolfpack Connect eligibility form during their junior year of high school, before they have attempted 30 transferable college credits. Students who plan to complete their Associate in Arts (AA) or Associate in Science (AS) degree prior to graduating from high school should also review our dedicated Early College information page. Applying as a first-year student may offer a better path to access certain NC State scholarships and housing opportunities.

The NC State C3 program seeks to enroll students from low to moderate income families. Students whose annual family income is $110,000 or less are encouraged to apply for C3. C3 also takes into consideration any extenuating circumstances such as medical expenses, the number of children in college, and other factors. Income is only one aspect of your C3 application, but it is an important piece of our consideration. The application gives you an opportunity to explain your financial circumstances in more detail.
