Transfer Advisor Visit Requests

This form is for community college transfer advisors. Prospective transfer students should register for a virtual appointment here.

We offer a variety of private visit options for transfer advisors and their students. View the options below and submit a request for the visit that works best for you. Presentation content and length can vary based on individual requests.

NC State Transfer Information Session: The target audience for this session is students. An admissions officer will present a 30 minute live admissions information session with time at the end for Q&A. Specify in your request if you would like us to over a specific topic, transfer admissions information or general college search and preparation information.
Transfer Advisor Information Session: The target audience for this session is transfer advisors. A transfer coordinator will present a 30 minute live admissions information session that includes general NC State information, applicant data and trends and admissions information. There will be time at the end for up to 30 minutes of Q&A.
Chat With A Transfer Coordinator: An admissions officer will be available for up to two hours to meet individually with your students for one-on-one admissions advising. Students can request an appointment during this time or drop-in.

We will accommodate as many requests as possible throughout the fall. Please submit the form for one visit request at a time. If you have a smaller number of students interested, we recommend students sign up individually for a prospective transfer student information session.
